Our platform currently serves as a one stop solution for all ‘YET TO BE FOUND’ Sports talents be it a Player / Athlete or Coach or Fitness folks or anyone associated with Sports to display their sports skills in the best possible way, eventually leading them to be found!
And for all Sports Enthusiasts to express anything that’s sports!
While doing so,
They can also EARN & GROW!!
2B FOUND allows our users to earn 2BF points and equivalent 2BF coins for every activity they do on.
2B FOUND enables our users to redeem their 2BF coins for cash in the form of vouchers to shop “anything that’s sports” on our e-commerce platform 2bf.shop.
2B FOUND is a mobile application sourced by 2B FOUND Sports Private Limited, a registered Start-up enterprise with its base in India and will soon expand globally.
Most vital conditions of the platform are covered in our privacy policy,
However, the users also include the viewers who might just use the platform to watch, comment, applaud and share the videos / images they get to see here and the below listed terms and conditions of use will apply to all who use the service.
Kindly go through every point of this agreement and if you disagree with any point, then you may not use the service.
You are expected to be 18 years or above to accept this agreement, if not then you might need a parent or guardian to accept this agreement in order to let you use the service with their permission. Parent(s) or guardian(s) will be responsible for their child’s actions on the platform. The platform can be used / accessed by anyone over 3+ years of age.
Please note that, No Parent or guardian can forcibly involve their children in any sport activity against their Free Will, 2B FOUND strictly prohibits such actions and you are not allowed to use the platform with ill intentions.
If you are using the service on behalf of a company or organisation, then your acceptance to this agreement also confirms the acceptance of the entity you belong to.
Users involved with Motor Sports are expected to perform only the actions allowed under the motor racing rules that adhere to all the protective gearing under controlled environments.
Any rogue stunts performed in uncontrolled environments or in a public space that could potentially cause harm to others are NOT considered as ‘Motor Sport activity’ and the user profiles involved in such content creation will be warned once and terminated on the 2nd instance from 2B FOUND.
All the following apply to your use of the service:
1. The content in a video should adhere to the core eligibility criteria of being a sports content without any other intended or unintended deviation, if the content is found to violate the said standard, then we @ 2B FOUND have all the rights to reject your content any time after being published in our platform. The details of rejected contents will be available in your profile notification with the precise reason for rejection. You can always correct and upload again.
2. Users cannot use the platform to upload contents that are an intellectual property / copyrighted video of a third party unless they have been granted permission by the involved party or legally entitled to do so.
3. Every user is legally responsible for the content they upload.
4. All users of the service must be aware that even though they retain ownership rights in their content, by using the platform they grant 2B FOUND a royalty-free sublicensable license to use that content in connection with the actual purpose of the service and 2B FOUND’s business (promotion / advertisements). Users should also be conscious of the fact that they grant other users of the platform a royalty-free license to access and view all their content.
5. Users are not allowed to engage in any form of fraudulent activity like copying others content, illegally download, alter, modify, licence, sell, offer money, funding or any activity with respect to others content that’s not a part of the service.
6. If we find a particular user to be suspicious or keep violating the criteria that measures the quality and eligibility of a content, then 2B FOUND may permanently terminate the user profile and blacklist the contact by denying them any access to our platform again.
7. Users are not entitled to collect or harvest any information that might identify a person unless permitted by that person.
8. Users cannot use the platform as a medium to carry out unethical, antisocial or unlawful propaganda or enforce their views / opinions on other users of the service.
9. If another user of the platform reaches out to you via the chat or comments option under the disguise of a potential target audience, then it’s at your discretion to share your contact information or any details that may lead them to you (also see point 7). In such cases, you can always choose to reach out to us @ reachus@2b-found.com or reach2bfound@gmail.com to maintain the integrity of the platform.
10. NO BULLYING > yes you read it right, our platform doesn’t entertain any form of bullying, be it through the content or through user comments. Users can always reach out to us if they find a particular comment as derogatory, inappropriate, insensitive to their religious belief etc at reachus@2b-found.com or reach2bfound@gmail.com. (Users also have an option to delete any comment that they feel as inappropriate).
11. On successful Authentication (via Mobile or Email ID or Gmail / Facebook / Apple ID), users are authorized to use the service and that does not grant them the ownership of or rights to any aspect of the service.
12. If a user wants to stop using the service, they can do it at any time. The process includes deleting your profile data before signing out. Users can also reach out to us at reachus@2b-found.com or reach2bfound@gmail.com to get a copy and /or remove all the data related to their profile from the cloud storage administered by us.
13. No user can interfere with any part of the service, especially the security related features that prevent/restrict the download of contents or limit the use of service or content.
14. Users cannot indulge in manipulation of metrics like user ratings / Applauds / views / comments by paying or offering incentives to other users of the service that could adversely impact the trust and genuineness of user engagement with the platform.
(The process of awarding 2BFRanking Badges and associated rewards are entirely controlled by the 2B FOUND team. No part of this process is biased or falsely manipulated)
15. At any point in time, if a user finds that their content is misused by another user, or the platform itself, then they can always reach out to us with the supporting evidence at reachus@2b-found.com or reach2bfound@gmail.com.
16. At 2B FOUND we strive to make every content featured in our platform as reliable as possible, but there can always be errors, mistakes or inaccuracies in the service and 2B FOUND cannot be deemed responsible for any loss of profits, revenues, business opportunities, goodwill, time / effort or indirect / consequential loss of any target user under such circumstances.
17. All activities concerning the 2BF Ranking Badges are controlled by 2B FOUND’s expert panel. If you have any questions in this regard, then kindly ask us at reachus@2b-found.com or reach2bfound@gmail.com.
18. All users earn 2BF points + coins and ascend on 2B FOUND as per the rules laid out to earn points >> available to them in “How Points Work” Screen, and rules to grow vis profile levels >> available in the “How Profile Levels Work” Screen.
2B FOUND never manipulates the outcome of this activity.
19. All users can redeem 2BF coins on 2B FOUND as per the active voucher value options available for redeem in the redeem screen. The active voucher value options are determined by the user’s 2BF coins balance available in the redeem screen.

20. While using the redeemed cash vouchers on 2bf.shop, users can apply a voucher code only once i.e., if you have a cash voucher for 5000, then in order to fully utilize the cash value of this voucher code, you will have to ensure that the cart value of the purchase on which you are planning to apply this voucher is >= 5000.

2B FOUND is constantly changing and going through numerous updates to improve the user experience in the platform, this means changes to terms of service as well, we request all users to keep checking the terms of service from time to time, we will provide notice whenever we discontinue an existing feature or add a new feature that will impact the users of the service. However, there will be occasions when we make such changes without notice, especially changes involving security of the platform that does not carry much relevance to the users.
